AM I HEALTHY?

As you all know you are adolescents and this is a difficult stage in your lives. Through these pages we are going to provide you useful information. First, look for the questions.Then, answer our big question. Take care! Answer the following questions.

1.Could you define the term “health”?

-Health: is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

2.What is the meaning of “health literate”?

-The doctor.

3.Could you mention five kids’ health problems?

-Allergies and immune system, infections, teeth and mouth, blood, heart and lungs.

4.How many healthy recipes can you find? Write their names.

-Can you find more recipes.

5.How could you look after your body? What things should you avoid?

-Doing exercise, avoiding to eat fast food, eating varied food.

-The benefits are much more healthy.

-We all need physical exercise to function our best. Getting the right amount of exercise can rev up your energy levels and even help you feel better emotionally.

Barack Hussein Obama II was born in 4th on August of 1961 (Honolulu, Hawaii, USA).
His parents are Stanley Ann Dunham and Sr. Barack Obama. His spouse is Michelle Lavaughn Robinson Obama and his children are Malia Ann and Natasha Obama.
